This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Execute and assist with plan modifications
• Facilitate ID card issuance
• Generate any required reports (scheduled or ad-hoc)
• Handle incoming phone inquiries
• Process any designated invoices
• Manage any assigned group terminations
• Fulfill documentation requests
• Act as a key presence during the implementation phase
• Organize and engage in external meetings
• Supervise prior authorization and accessibility procedures
• Manage the resolution of claims-related issues
• Carry out manual eligibility additions and terminations
• Administer warranties as assigned
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy, PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management), and/or insurance environment
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification (preferred)
• Basic understanding of problem-solving and decision-making skills (preferred)
• Prior experience with Salesforce (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
