This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective claimants, managing incoming leads through phone, text, email, and potentially other platforms.
• Execute timely and persistent outreach to new leads (within 5 minutes) using tools such as Salesforce and ZenDesk, adhering to established contact protocols (calls, texts, voicemails).
• Effectively communicate Advocate's value proposition and address frequently asked questions to foster trust and encourage engagement.
• Assist potential claimants in navigating Advocate’s online Onboarding Flow, helping them provide essential initial information and sign the representation contract.
• Liaise with LTD customers to facilitate connections with potential CLs and provide status updates.
• Keep precise and timely records of all outreach efforts, claimant interactions, and lead statuses within Salesforce.
• Identify and manage leads who may not qualify for services based on initial criteria.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve and surpass lead conversion targets.
• Monitor Advocate’s Intake communication channels for incoming client calls and texts, responding appropriately.
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume outreach, sales, or customer engagement position (e.g., call center, intake specialist, sales development).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of explaining processes clearly and with empathy.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills with a determined approach to achieving objectives.
• Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and communication platforms (ZenDesk).
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail for tracking lead progress and documenting interactions.
• Ability to operate independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
• A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to contributing to a mission-driven organization.
• Familiarity with the Social Security disability process is advantageous, though not mandatory.
