Client Delivery Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate, evaluate, and distribute regular and on-demand client reports and dashboards.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying trends, errors, and areas of opportunity that affect client outcomes, reporting, or revenue.

• Assist with reporting improvements, including the development of Power BI and data visualization.

• Oversee reporting timelines, client documentation, and operational workflows.

• Help with client implementations, ongoing account management, and administrative support tasks.

• Contribute to team objectives, projects, and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.

• Support R1’s Revenue Performance Services, which includes DRG Validation and Charge Capture solutions.

• Assist with internal projects and client product implementation through data verification, report generation, trend documentation, and client assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant experience will be considered.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.

• Experience in reporting and data validation.

• Strong client service focus.

• Proficient organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
