Client Aviation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees designated staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures

• Observes personal grooming, dress code, and behavior of all staff

• Keeps an up-to-date record and file of all Solairus Aviation memorandums

• Organizes, schedules, and evaluates training for crew and maintenance staff

• Creates scheduling protocols in collaboration with clients

• Authorizes and arranges Personal Time Off for designated staff

• Informs flight coordinator about changes in aircraft schedules

• Leads meetings with staff to synchronize activities and foster goodwill

• Sanctions expense accounts for designated personnel

• Engages in the hiring process for assigned employees

• Provides written reports as mandated by the Operations Manuals

• Maintains a Training Currency and Monthly Flight Time Record for each crew member

• Ensures prompt submission of training documentation and operational data

• Enhances customer goodwill and the company’s reputation by delivering high-quality service

⛳️ Requirements

• Total flight hours = 3000 hours

• Pilot in Command (PIC) = 1500 hours

• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) = 1500 hours

• MEL as PIC = 500 hours

• Turbo Jet flight time = 500 hours

• Instrument flight time = 250 hours

• A management background with proven exceptional leadership abilities

• NBAA CAM certification or equivalent leadership training preferred

• Experience in various aspects of training for flight operations personnel

• Experience in budget creation and management

• College degree and/or advanced (non-flight) education

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Proven history of working in environments aiming for industry best practices
