This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Initiate the Advisor Opportunity Sales Pipeline
• Generate sales outcomes by developing and qualifying leads
• Evaluate prospective clients and schedule appointments for financial advisors
• Conduct a significant volume of outbound calls and email correspondence
• Articulate the company's value proposition
• Collaborate with Marketing to convey the company's brand and messaging
• Understand current marketing channels and event initiatives
• Enthusiastically promote the company’s service offerings (planning, investment, tax, trust services, etc.) along with its purpose, mission, and values
• Utilize Salesforce for customer relationship management
• Employ Salesforce high-velocity sales applications to prioritize work tasks
• Accurately and efficiently document interactions with prospects
• Enter new client opportunities for advisors, ensuring correct data and reporting
• Use advisor rotation software to guarantee precise prospect assignment
• Develop and sustain knowledge of the financial industry
• Adhere to securities industry rules and regulations
• Stay informed about current market trends and educational opportunities
• Enhance financial industry knowledge and experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business; finance, economics, or a related field
• Background in Financial Services with outbound sales experience; proven history of achieving consistent sales results and surpassing goals
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred
• Ability to function effectively as a team member; maintains a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Strong phone presence and communication abilities
• Knowledge of financial planning and advisory practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionalities
• Experience with Workday is preferred
