This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver outstanding claims and inquiry support to Agents via chat.
• Lead and inspire a team of ten to fifteen adjusters or vendors.
• Assist in driving operational initiatives that align with Claim, Discipline, Claims Service Area, and Company goals.
• Formulate strategies to enhance employee performance and ensure expert execution of claim processes.
• Monitor staffing levels and manage workloads effectively.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and engage in performance evaluations.
• Handle customer conflicts and aid in establishing team goals and objectives.
• Offer empathetic service that is prompt, fair, and straightforward to promote customer loyalty.
• Actively participate in special projects as a subject matter expert.
• Manage and assess vendor performance.
• Supervise responses to highly intricate arbitration disputes.
• Oversee negotiations of complex claim settlements.
• Resolve intricate customer issues or conflicts.
• Analyze unit reports to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Define, evaluate, and monitor department, section, and/or unit metrics.
• Review employee performance and customer interactions through ride-alongs, sit-alongs, and file assessments.
• Supervise adjuster staff or vendors.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must be willing to work a Pacific time zone schedule (8am to 5pm Pacific time) if not already within the Pacific time zone.
• Experience and qualifications will be considered in determining compensation.
• Supervisory responsibilities are essential.
• Proficiency in claims processing.

• Experience in employee supervision.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Capability to manage a team of ten to fifteen adjusters or vendors.
• Competence in overseeing auto liability adjusters on the West Coast.
• Ability to manage complex arbitrations, claim settlements, and customer conflicts.
• Proficient in analyzing unit reports and tracking departmental, sectional, and/or unit metrics.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload speeds.
• A dedicated, private, distraction-free workspace with suitable desk and seating arrangements when working from home.
• Comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse.
