Claims Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Managing claims for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

• Handling claims for Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

• Operate on camera for the entirety of shifts during training sessions and meetings

• Achieving standard objectives to qualify for competitive compensation

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in claims processing or a related field

• Proficient keyboarding skills and familiarity with MS Office

• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong problem-solving skills

• Capability to efficiently manage multiple tasks

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Successful completion of a criminal background check (which includes verification of employment and education)

• Reliable internet connection is a must (Download speed ≥ 25 Mbps, Upload speed ≥ 5 Mbps, Ping ≤ 175 ms)

• Ethernet connection is required (Wi-Fi is not acceptable)

• Must be a resident of an eligible U.S. state
