This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Perform investigations and inspections to evaluate damage, estimate costs and market value, and generate and review reports and other documentation to ascertain settlement amounts.
• Examine medical, financial, and employment information to determine eligibility for benefits based on statutory criteria.
• Resolve claims in line with the organization’s standards, policies, quality commitments, and the terms of the contract.
• Adhere to deadlines to guarantee client satisfaction and prevent penalties.
• Engage in negotiations with all parties involved to facilitate smooth claims processing.
• A college diploma in a related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
• Business acumen.
