Civil and Consumer Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Preparing legal documents and pleadings of varying complexity levels;

• Keeping track of deadlines and court hearings;

• Maintaining and updating legal/case management systems;

• Compiling reports and analyses for risk assessment and provisioning;

• Engaging in mediation sessions;

• Occasionally representing clients in court hearings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed law degree and active OAB registration;

• In-depth knowledge of civil procedure and consumer law;

• Experience in updating internal case management systems;

• Capability to conduct case analysis for legal/technical opinions;

• Basic computer skills;
