This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Respond to incoming calls from residents of Colorado regarding the Colorado LEAP program or the Crisis Intervention Program.
• Offer precise information about the LEAP and CIP programs and guide callers on how to navigate them.
• Assess no-heat emergencies for potential clients of the Crisis Intervention Program.
• Coordinate with furnace repair contractors as necessary.
• Utilize systems, knowledge bases, phone, email, and web browsers to address inquiries and fulfill responsibilities.
• Treat callers with dignity and empathy.
• Be active on Microsoft Teams during work hours and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate via Microsoft Teams while managing calls.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute is required.
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively as part of a team.
• A Windows PC is required; Apple/Mac, tablets, smart devices, Chromebook, and Android systems are incompatible.
• Must have Windows 10 or a newer version.
• A PC with at least 16GB of RAM is necessary.
• A hard-wired broadband internet connection via DSL, cable, or fiber optic is required.
• A private work-from-home setting that is free from interruptions and distractions is essential.
• A USB headset is required.
• A webcam is necessary for internal team meetings.
• Availability for a Monday–Friday work schedule is expected.
• Applicants must not live in the specified excluded states.
• International applicants will not be considered.
• This is a work-from-home position.
• Seasonal employment lasting 5 to 6 months.
• Time off on federal and some state holidays.
• The use of two separate monitors is highly recommended.
