Cinematic AI Animator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Israel.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality animated videos utilizing AI-driven tools and processes.

• Convert creative briefs, concepts, and storyboards into engaging cinematic sequences.

• Apply solid principles of direction, composition, camera language, editing, lighting, and color.

• Animate characters effectively, leveraging a deep understanding of acting and performance.

• Maintain a high degree of character consistency throughout shots and sequences—this is a significant challenge in contemporary AI-based workflows.

• Enhance and elevate produced outputs through post-production, compositing, and video editing techniques.

• Integrate and refine multiple generated clips into cohesive, high-quality final videos.

• Utilize both text-based and node-based AI tools as part of the creative workflow.

• Collaborate intimately with artists, creative leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve the highest standards of visual quality.

• Continuously investigate and incorporate new AI tools and workflows into the production process.

• Assist in establishing best practices and workflows for AI animation production within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in Animation / Film / Visual Arts or a related field.

• Demonstrated professional experience in the animation industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of: — Direction and visual storytelling — Composition and cinematic framing — Camera techniques and shot design — Editing, pacing, and timing — Lighting and color — Acting and performance in animation — Style and character consistency.

• Strong artistic sensibility for characters, with the capability to ensure character consistency across AI-generated visuals.

• Practical experience with AI video creation tools, encompassing both text-based and node-based workflows.

• Good grasp of sound design and the ability to create soundtrack music using AI tools.

• High proficiency in After Effects and video editing processes.

• Capacity to take a shot through to final refinement, including color correction, titles, transitions, and compositing multiple videos together.

• Elevated visual standards and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, experiment swiftly, and iterate towards high-quality outcomes.
