This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, validate, and optimize classification models, time series, and clustering techniques.

• Execute extraction, cleaning, creation, variable selection, and structuring of complex datasets.

• Build and maintain dashboards showcasing key project KPIs using Power BI or Streamlit.

• Apply analytical and statistical techniques to pricing, elasticity, churn, demand forecasting, and process automation.

• Collaborate with business consultants in problem definition meetings and project follow-ups.

• Present technical updates on deliverables and validate hypotheses with clients and partner departments.

• Participate in the implementation within the client's environment.

• Ensure clean, reproducible, documented, and version-controlled code via Git.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong educational background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related quantitative fields.

• Proficiency in statistics, mathematics, and logical reasoning applied to business challenges.

• Practical expertise in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.

• Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and time series, including XGBoost, LightGBM, SARIMA, Prophet, and Kmeans.

• Experience in data cleaning and feature engineering using Pandas and Spark.

• Skilled in creating dashboards and analytical reports with Power BI or Streamlit.

• Knowledge of Git.

• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Databricks.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure unorganized data.

• Effective communication skills, including technical presentations and storytelling.

• Ability to work collaboratively with business consultants and partner departments.
