Christian Counselor / Faith-Based Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver Christian-centered counseling services through secure telehealth platforms

• Incorporate biblical principles and faith-oriented guidance into counseling support

• Offer age-appropriate counseling for teenagers, young adults, and adults

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sessions

• Follow ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and organizational policies

• Collaborate with leadership and clinical support teams as necessary

• Refer clients to appropriate services when their needs exceed the scope of practice

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong alignment with Christian beliefs and values

• Comfort in ethically and professionally integrating faith into counseling

• Capability to work with teenagers, young adults, and/or adults (based on training)

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills

• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace

• Comfort with providing services through telehealth

• Experience or familiarity with working with teenagers and/or young adults is preferred

• Prior telehealth experience is preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and adherence to ethical practices

• Formal training in Christian counseling, pastoral counseling, or biblical counseling (if applicable)
