Chief Product & Technology Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and propel the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring effective prioritization and alignment with stakeholders.

• Lead the technical direction within the organization, encompassing architecture principles, technology stack, scalability, stability, and ongoing enhancements.

• Formulate and implement the AI strategy, which includes decisions on build/buy/partner options and prioritization driven by ROI.

• Supervise Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and operations to guarantee performance, automation, reliability, and cost efficiency.

• Influence and guide the organization across Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations, including aspects of culture, security, budgeting, and collaboration with external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant executive-level leadership experience (e.g., CPTO, CPO) in Product and Technology.

• Proven experience with B2B2C digital SaaS platforms in the health, wellbeing, or HR-Tech sectors, preferably within start-up or scale-up settings.

• Technical proficiency in architecture, DevOps, security, and AI/GenAI integration.

• Strong foundation in Data and Business Intelligence governance as well as organizational transformation.

• Excellent execution capabilities to align technology initiatives with corporate objectives.

• Professional fluency in both German and English.
