This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the strategy, implementation, and lifecycle management of Infovista’s enterprise technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and growth priorities.
• Guarantee coherence and prioritization across platforms, applications, data, and operations, ensuring they are secure, scalable, resilient, and suitable for current and future product requirements.
• Serve as the principal technology advisor to the COO and ELT, offering clear, commercially informed insights and recommendations.
• Hold executive accountability for the availability, performance, and reliability of all production and internal systems.
• Ensure robust operational governance, incident management, and service assurance.
• Integrate modern operational practices to ensure initiatives are data-driven and aligned with strategic priorities.
• Empower teams through standardized tools, automation, and well-governed platform services.
• Lead and nurture senior technology leaders across Platforms, InfoSec, and IT.
• Cultivate a high-performing, accountable technology organization with defined ownership and outcomes.
• Promote global collaboration between technology and business leadership.
• Establish clear technology governance, operating models, and decision-making frameworks.
• 8–15 years of experience in corporate technology, strategy, or high-growth technology environments.
• Senior leadership experience in enterprise technology, platforms, and operations.
• Strong understanding of large-scale platforms, enterprise applications, and service operations.
• Experience operating at the executive leadership level.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary, global teams.
• Previous experience working with or presenting to board-level stakeholders.
• Capability to lead intricate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple senior stakeholders.
