Chief of Staff, Western Hemisphere

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Operational Lieutenant to the CEO.

• Act as the primary operational collaborator with the CEO for initiatives in the Western Hemisphere.

• Maintain oversight of ongoing projects, ventures, and consulting activities.

• Proactively identify issues and ensure the CEO is well-informed about the situation across teams.

• Assist in organizing and managing the rapidly expanding team in the Western Hemisphere.

• Facilitate clear communication between leadership and operational teams.

• Monitor key initiatives and ensure accountability across various projects.

• Align the priorities of the Western Hemisphere with the execution efforts in the Eastern Hemisphere.

• Help convert strategic directives into actionable initiatives across different time zones.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO on high-priority projects within the venture studio.

• Aid in exploring new ventures, consulting opportunities, and internal projects.

• Conduct research, analysis, and synthesis on emerging opportunities in fields such as AI enablement, automation, and technology-driven services.

• Assist in designing and enhancing internal workflows, reporting structures, and operational rhythm.

• Implement systems that enhance organizational clarity and expedite execution.

• Ensure critical information flows effectively between leadership and teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience at firms like Deloitte, Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or similar strategy/consulting firms.

• Background in strategy consulting, operations consulting, or product strategy.

• Outstanding analytical and communication abilities.

• Strong organizational instincts with keen attention to detail.

• A few years post-undergraduate studies.

• Considering pursuing an MBA in the future but seeks operational experience first.

• Enjoys engaging with a diverse array of topics and industries.

• Thrives in fast-paced environments with high levels of autonomy.
