Chief Financial Officer – CFO

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and act as a vital member of the executive leadership team.

• Oversee CrossFit's global finance operations.

• Collaborate with leaders throughout the organization to promote growth, operational excellence, and long-term value generation.

• Develop financial strategies that support innovation and enhance the affiliate ecosystem.

• Assist in positioning CrossFit for ongoing success amid its transformation.

• Direct the financial strategy of the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive executive finance leadership experience, managing large and complex profit and loss statements.

• Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth, transformation-driven environment.

• Experience in private equity with a history of facilitating value creation.

• Background in guiding organizations through phases of change, transformation, and growth.

• Profound knowledge in financial planning, capital allocation, operational finance, and strategic decision-making.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and executive influencing abilities.

• High integrity and strong judgment.

• Capability to balance strategic vision with effective operational execution.

• CPA, MBA, or similar advanced financial qualifications are preferred.

• Authentic connection to CrossFit, its methodology, affiliate community, or ecosystem.

• Experience with consumer brands, affiliate or franchise business models, or membership-based organizations.

• Enthusiasm for cultivating high-performing teams, developing leaders, and promoting accountability and collaboration.
