This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive multi-year strategy aimed at driving growth.

• Take complete responsibility for budget management and financial outcomes.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to the Senior Leadership Team in the areas of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to establish and manage the product vision and roadmap.

• Supervise the revenue generation process from lead acquisition through to retention and expansion.

• Act as the main point of contact with the Group Leader.

• People-oriented leader with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.

• Possess technical expertise with a strong understanding of AI.

• Awareness of P&L and experience in business economics.

• Builder mindset with a history of designing teams or processes effectively.

• Preferred: Experience in vertical market SaaS environments.

• Preferred: Understanding of acquisition-driven operational frameworks.

• Preferred: Proven success in modernizing legacy systems.

• Preferred: Background in high-autonomy settings.
