Chief Commercial Officer – Crypto/Blockchain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the implementation of Caiz’s commercial strategy to enhance its presence in the crypto and ethical finance sectors.

• Identify and forge strategic partnerships to facilitate platform expansion and ecosystem growth.

• Oversee corporate branding, thought leadership, and communication initiatives to establish Caiz as a leader in the market.

• Assess and create commercial models that are in line with industry standards and ethical financial practices.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and product teams to ensure all partnerships and models comply with Shariah guidelines.

• Act as a representative of Caiz at industry events, forums, and strategic discussions with key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in commercial leadership positions, ideally within the fintech, blockchain, or emerging technology industries.

• Proven track record in building and scaling commercial operations and strategic alliances.

• Knowledge of ethical or Shariah-compliant business practices is highly beneficial.

• Strategic mindset with the capability to execute a long-term commercial vision.

• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Strong comprehension of blockchain trends and commercial opportunities.

• Proficient communication and public speaking skills.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with global collaborators.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, or related disciplines.

• Advanced degrees or certifications in finance or blockchain are advantageous.

• Proficient in English.
