Chat & Sales Support – Community Management for Social Media Creators

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Communicating in writing with followers, fans, and community members through messaging platforms

• Showcasing and selling digital content (including photos and videos)

• Fostering customer relationships and actively interacting with the community

• Executing tailored sales strategies directly in chat

• Taking independent responsibility for sales with direct commissions based on your performance

• Working collaboratively with our internal supervisory team

• Proficient written German (spelling & grammar)

• Sales skills and a drive to generate revenue independently

• Empathy, strong communication abilities, and a keen understanding of customer needs

• Organized and self-motivated work approach

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Flexibility to work varying shifts (including evenings and weekends)

• Base salary is €12/hour plus a 5% sales commission
