Chat Customer Service Operator — Commercial Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver voice-driven customer support with a compassionate and human touch, concentrating on tailored solutions to cater to customer needs.

• Proactively present our financial products and services aimed at fostering customer loyalty and ensuring optimal results for clients.

• Meet and surpass sales objectives, with the potential to receive performance-related rewards.

• Greet customers, address inquiries, and manage requests with excellence to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma.

• Previous sales experience is advantageous.

• Willingness to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday).

• Daily work duration: 6 hours and 20 minutes.

• A minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps and a wired Ethernet connection for desktop usage.
