CG Artist, Creative Retoucher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Design impactful promotional visuals through sophisticated photo manipulation and artistic retouching.

• Create essential visuals for campaigns, banners, and marketing materials.

• Handle intricate compositions by merging multiple elements into unified scenes.

• Execute artistic retouching involving lighting, color grading, atmosphere, and effects.

• Improve 3D renders and incorporate them seamlessly into promotional assets.

• Realize concepts based on briefs, references, and abstract ideas.

• Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and motion graphics teams to produce compelling visual concepts.

• Adjust creatives for various formats and platforms.

• Uphold a high standard of detail, style, and visual narrative.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in creative retouching, CG art, or promotional design.

• A robust portfolio showcasing promotional creatives and key visuals.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling.

• Capability to produce atmospheric and sales-oriented visuals.

• Experience with 3D renders and compositing techniques.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to refine visuals to a high-end standard.

• Proficiency in Russian.

• **Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in performance marketing.

• Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D).

• Understanding of marketing creatives and user attention behaviors.
