Certified Workday Finance Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist in the implementation of the Workday project for Zuora.

• Devote 70% of efforts to Workday Financial Operations and 30% to Workday HRIS/HCM.

• Set up and enhance Workday Financials modules, which include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, and Financial Reporting.

• Collect business requirements and convert them into effective Workday solutions.

• Configure business processes, security settings, reporting, and workflows.

• Assist with integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment to production.

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, HR, and technical teams throughout the implementation process.

• Create functional documentation and offer training for end-users, along with support after going live.

• Identify areas for process enhancement and suggest best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold Workday Finance certification.

• At least 5 years of experience in Workday Functional consulting.

• A minimum of 2 full-cycle projects involving Workday Financials implementations.

• Demonstrated expertise in Workday Financial Management.

• Familiarity with Workday HCM/HRIS is required.

• Experience with Workday reporting, security, EIB, and Core Connectors.

• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
