This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Monitoring and assessing economic, political, and business trends.
• Projecting macroeconomic indicators and conducting ongoing economic analysis.
• Crafting research deliverables that are succinct and impactful for a senior executive audience.
• Presenting research findings to senior executive clients.
• A Bachelor's degree from a reputable academic institution in Economics, Business, Regional Studies, or International Relations, along with a Master's degree in a related field (e.g., international economics).
• 0-1 years of research experience in an academic, non-profit, or business setting.
• Proven knowledge of macroeconomics through previous experience or relevant coursework.
• Proficiency in Spanish is essential.
• Demonstrated understanding of the LATAM region through personal, professional, or educational experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; exceptional time and project management skills.
• Proven capacity to cover a range of topics and issues, including those that are unfamiliar.
• Familiarity with Central America and the Caribbean is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Background or experience in the private sector is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.
