This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as a customer-facing advisor, conveying the value of Kinaxis and Maestro while acting as a supply chain planning subject matter expert throughout the customer journey.
• Lead the exploration of intricate planning behaviors by examining data, configurations, and algorithms; identify root causes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive swift resolutions.
• Offer functional and technical guidance during the solution design and development phases, ensuring that teams effectively utilize Maestro's capabilities for scalable and maintainable implementations.
• Define, document, and present best practices related to Maestro (such as authoring standards, data modeling, integration, and performance considerations) to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Foster continuous value and adoption by aligning with business objectives and recommending both tactical and strategic enhancements (process, data, and configuration) aimed at improving customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product to translate customer challenges into well-defined use cases and to confirm that new features and best practices address market needs.
• Provide advice and support regarding Maestro integrations and data, which includes troubleshooting issues related to data quality and end-to-end process impacts.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning and/or business software consulting, with a focus on customer-facing advisory/consulting roles.
• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience with Kinaxis Maestro (in areas such as solution development/authoring, configuration, integrations/data flows, and troubleshooting).
• Strong comprehension of one or more planning processes (e.g., S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, production planning, inventory management).
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving abilities—capable of synthesizing complex information, identifying root causes, and guiding stakeholders toward optimal solutions.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; adept at influencing across Product, Sales, Professional Services, Support, partners, and customers.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% of the time.
