Census Management Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversees a team of Census Management Analysts

• Trains and guides new team members on enhancing census management workflows

• Tracks metrics to evaluate profitability margins

• Inputs patient information into the system

• Analyzes client trends and addresses issues with strategic action plans

• Develops monthly metric reports and spearheads census management projects

• Supports the team with client census audits

• Confirms discrepancies with clients and providers

• Produces training documentation such as PowerPoint presentations

• Resolves escalated issues related to census management

• Serves as a resource for cross-functional departments

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory

• An associate's or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, healthcare, or a medical billing certificate is preferred

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a senior or lead position is required

• Over 5 years of experience interacting with customers and/or vendors

• Background in leading data audits and persuading key stakeholders to adhere to deadlines

• Six Sigma experience or certification is preferred

• Experience in healthcare or medical fields is preferred

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required

• Strong analytical capabilities to assess data and summarize findings

• Ability to work independently with effective prioritization skills

• A keen attention to detail is required

• Proficient knowledge of business and communication software (MS Office) and web-based tools is required

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are necessary
