Cell Therapy Case Manager – Southeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire patient journey for TIL therapy, from referral to post-infusion.

• Act as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor for both patients and healthcare providers.

• Offer expertise on TIL therapy processes, including tumor procurement and coordination of manufacturing.

• Collaborate with treatment centers and multidisciplinary care teams.

• Work alongside internal teams to ensure coordination across critical, time-sensitive milestones.

• Identify and address obstacles to therapy access.

• Monitor key milestones throughout the autologous treatment process.

• Assist with site onboarding and disseminate best practices.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Stay updated on and adhere to established IovanceCares objectives, processes, regulatory and compliance standards, policies, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare or biopharma.

• Direct experience with TIL therapy (e.g., Amtagvi) or closely related processes.

• At least 2 years of experience in case management or care coordination within oncology.

• Capability to manage complex and time-sensitive cases independently.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in working across matrixed teams.
