This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Drive growth across multiple categories by assisting with prioritization and budget distribution among various categories and markets.
• Manage promotions from start to finish by implementing voucher campaigns across different markets and tracking performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Facilitate collaboration between Marketing and Supply by aligning teams through the consolidation of forecasts, inventory, pricing, and partner contributions.
• Empower brands and partners by maintaining essential KPIs and ensuring data is prepared for activation.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and documentation to enable teams to operate more independently and recognize automation possibilities.
• Support performance execution by translating category priorities into performance marketing channels and ensuring successful campaign outcomes.
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, category management, marketing operations, performance marketing, or commercial strategy.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-management skills; capable of deriving clear insights from complex datasets.
• Highly organized, dependable, and operationally proficient.
• Comfortable coordinating with various teams and managing simultaneous workstreams across categories, markets, and performance channels.
• Proactive attitude with robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in consumer electronics / SDA is advantageous.
• Familiarity with promotions or marketplace operations is preferred.
• Bonus: understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (e.g., Search/Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliates).
