This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• The Amazon Catalog Management Strategist is tasked with overseeing the execution and performance of the Amazon and online retail organic/catalog management strategy for their designated business segment. They focus on the success of clients’ businesses, aligning their initiatives with broader business objectives. They are proactive, skilled problem solvers, and take full ownership of their duties.
• This Strategist collaborates closely with account leadership to brainstorm and refine the strategy of their service within the overall go-to-market plan for the brands they support. They are accountable for implementation, tracking, reporting, and client communication regarding catalog updates, promotional strategies, issue resolution, case management, and online retail SEO and CRO strategies, occasionally with assistance from a Specialist.
• The Strategist excels at delivering insights and forward-thinking strategies to clients continuously and possesses a deep understanding of organic levers to enhance and sustain performance.
• Manage the Amazon and/or online retail product catalog and organic visibility for clients across various business types, sizes, and industries, which includes daily optimizations and fixes, high-level planning, and strategic adjustments.
• Provide insightful analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on performance data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other online retail channels, correlating this data with overall retail business performance.
• Engage in weekly departmental scrums and training sessions to enhance knowledge sharing.
• Consistently strive to improve performance and business impact in alignment with client goals.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with both internal agency teams and assigned clients.
• Contribute to the creation of new training materials for the department.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance and streamline business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with 1-2 years in an agency setting preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon and online retail catalog management.
• Extensive organic/catalog management experience on one or more of the following platforms:
• Amazon Seller Central
• Amazon Vendor Central
• Walmart Seller Central
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
• Exceptional organizational skills, project management abilities, and effectiveness in delegation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven individual with a strong ambition to succeed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A strong work ethic and the capability to learn rapidly and independently.
• Interest in establishing a long-term relationship with a growing company.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.
