Caseworker, Patient Support & Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Support reimbursement processes to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent management of coverage-related inquiries across customer operations and patient support workflows.

• Coordinate documentation related to benefits, case updates, follow-up tasks, and communications for reimbursement support to facilitate case advancement.

• Address routine reimbursement challenges, documentation deficiencies, and workflow exceptions to minimize delays and enhance access-related outcomes.

• Maintain precise case records, reimbursement documentation, and system updates to ensure operational visibility, readiness for reporting, and control of workflows.

• Track reimbursement trends, recurring problems, and indicators for escalation to aid in proactive issue resolution and continuity of service.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to synchronize communications, clarify reimbursement requirements, and assist in case resolution.

• Contribute to improvements in processes, updates to workflows, and efforts for operational readiness that enhance scalable reimbursement support services.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related field is required.

• Preferred certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management systems, or process improvement.
