This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee designated projects and/or cases
• Follow established company procedures
• Execute call-center initiatives and offer telephone assistance to patients, healthcare providers, and funding organizations
• Support funding and access challenges, including private, public, and special access programs, as well as compliance initiatives
• Manage and adhere to case-management protocols, which include clinical oversight, data gathering, patient follow-ups, compliance checks, monitoring therapy interruptions/discontinuations, reporting adverse events, and coordinating with primary healthcare providers
• Conduct pharmaceutical and biotechnology market research activities with physicians, patients, pharmacists, and allied health professionals
• Make outbound calls as part of patient engagement programs
• Record activities in program-specific databases
• Participate in refresher and specialized training sessions
• Provide insights on protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental interactions
• Relay case-management details during absences
• Engage in training new caseworkers through shadowing and call monitoring
• Notify assigned units/departments of all adverse events
• Carry out additional duties and tasks as needed
• Comprehensive training in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related fields, typically acquired through a two-year associate's degree program or a comparable combination of experience and education
• At least one year of experience in customer service
• Experience within the medical and pharmaceutical sectors is preferred
• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Advanced understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution sector
• Familiarity with automated warehouse operating systems
• Strong business and financial insight
• Proficient analytical and mathematical skills

• Exceptional presentation skills
