This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Investigation Support: Assist case managers in gathering and organizing investigative documents, such as SR1, SR19, EAMS checks, witness statements, and photographs from accident scenes.
• Coordination of Client Appointments: Help schedule medical appointments for clients and follow up to ensure timely evaluations.
• Management of Traffic Collision Reports: Request and track the status of Traffic Collision Reports.
• Drafting Correspondence: Prepare and send letters and various correspondence related to case development and client communication.
• Verification of Bills: Confirm relevant expenses, including statutory liens, medical bills, and pre-settlement funding obligations.
• Communication within the Team: Ensure effective communication with supervising attorneys and case managers.
• Proficient in advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in administrative support, legal assistance, case management, customer service, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and documentation abilities.
• Strong writing skills necessary for drafting correspondence.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable with follow-ups via phone, email, and fax.
• Must be available to work 8 hours each day, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
• Fully remote position for professionals based in LATAM.
