Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the service delivery process to guarantee that studies are reported promptly by the Radiologist.

• Support the Radiologist in reaching out to ordering physicians.

• Accelerate cases through various systems.

• Follow up on all unread cases and ensure the completion of urgent cases.

• Elevate cases to management and the Chief Radiologist for any cases pending for over 24 hours.

• Monitor the workload of Radiologists and reassign tasks as necessary to ensure timely reporting.

• Conduct outreach to facilities to gather prior imaging records and reports for the timely cross-referencing of exams.

• Perform additional duties as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

• Highly driven, productive, precise, and analytical.

• Outstanding verbal, written, and listening abilities.

• Familiarity with medical terminology.
