This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee and direct the Job Preparation Program for the ML Fellowship, guiding Fellows on: (a) creating LinkedIn profiles that capture recruiter interest and enhance visibility, crafting resumes that navigate HR filters and impress hiring managers, and composing persuasive cover letters; and (b) managing interview preparation, conducting practice interviews, and offering advice on negotiation strategies, among other responsibilities.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions to gain insights into Fellows’ career aspirations and expectations.
• Deliver personalized one-on-one sessions and weekly check-ins with job seekers until they secure a new position in AI.
• Administer the job-seeking and preparation tools provided by Anyone AI or external software vendors.
• Work collaboratively with companies to connect Fellows with hiring managers in the US and LATAM.
• Report on essential metrics, including the number of Fellows actively job hunting, applications submitted, interviews conducted, offers received, cohort placement rates, and average salaries, using a specified tool by Anyone AI.
• Gather and evaluate feedback to recommend enhancements to the training program and job preparation procedures.
• Act as the primary contact and offer ongoing support to Fellows after their placement (once they have secured employment).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, communication, or technology.
• Prior experience in qualifying candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating potential hires for technology roles, preferably in data science, ML Engineering, or AI-related positions in the US and/or LATAM.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing job preparation strategies and programs.
• Highly analytical and data-driven professional, capable of working independently and making real-time decisions.
• Experience collaborating with a diverse multicultural team. Flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an iterative development approach.
