Career Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of a Career Coach, you will guide our learners through a pivotal phase of their journey: transitioning into new employment.

• Through focused application coaching, personalized career advice, and a motivating approach, you will transform uncertainty into confidence and turn qualifications into tangible job offers.

• You will highlight these strengths for the external audience by assisting participants in showcasing their newly acquired skills, communicating assertively, and crafting compelling applications.

• You will not be working in isolation: the coaching process is organized and quality-assured, and you will collaborate closely with the Career Coaching Lead.

• Your primary objective will be to steer participants towards entering their professional careers with clarity and assurance.

• You will conduct your own courses and workshops focusing on application strategies, interview preparation, motivation, and career realignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Psychology, or Coaching.

• Proven experience in career counseling, application coaching, or learner assistance.

• Proficient use of digital tools (such as MS Office, CRM systems, and project management software) and experience in preparing presentations for training sessions, management, and stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills: you tailor your approach to meet individual needs and confidently facilitate group dynamics.

• An independent and organized work style, capable of managing multiple career coaching processes simultaneously.

• Strong empathy and active listening abilities.

• Proficient in German and English (minimum C1 level).
