Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist prospective and current clients throughout their healthcare journey.

• Provide support to clients via phone and email during 8-hour shifts.

• Act as a compassionate point of contact as clients navigate their care.

• Clarify basic insurance benefits and explain the billing and insurance processes at Two Chairs.

• Address inquiries related to care logistics, billing, and insurance.

• Aid the clinical team with scheduling logistics and processing refund requests.

• Direct clinician inquiries to the appropriate team for resolution.

• Integrate into Care Coordinator workflows and start handling basic communications with clients and clinicians independently.

• Eliminate obstacles to accessing mental healthcare by providing accessible, supportive, and informative assistance.

• Assist in onboarding new Care Coordinators.

• Contribute to enhancing processes for both clients and clinicians.

• Comfortable communicating over the phone with a diverse clientele.

• Communicates effectively, clearly, and thoroughly.

• Knowledgeable about or eager to learn about health insurance and claims submission.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• Able to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.

• Comfortable navigating a dynamic, rapidly evolving, and occasionally ambiguous workplace.

• Available for 8-hour shifts, with a preference for 9–5 PT hours.

• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

• Not requiring or able to obtain employer sponsorship for an employment visa.
