Capacity Planner, Studio Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement infrastructure capacity strategies

• Offer technical guidance to leadership

• Evaluate data to support capacity-related decisions

• Lead the planning of long-term capacity roadmaps

• Convert demand signals into practical capacity predictions

• Perform what-if analyses and test hypotheses

• Coordinate the prompt execution and distribution of infrastructure enhancements

• Work collaboratively across teams, including product managers, engineers, and the Partnerships team

• Define requirements for modeling and automation tools

• Assess risks and balance competing priorities among teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure capacity planning for data centers or cloud environments

• Over 10 years of practical experience in data analysis and visualization, with strong expertise in SQL (knowledge of Python is advantageous)

• Solid understanding of or a keen interest in telecommunications, internet ecosystems, and studio infrastructure

• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and oral

• Proficient in AI tools

• A degree in Management Information Systems, Management Consulting, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline — or equivalent practical experience.
