This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage customer service and commercial negotiations with clients via phone and WhatsApp, handling both inbound and outbound interactions;
• Oversee leads and execute prospecting efforts, pinpointing potential opportunities for new business;
• Record subscriptions while implementing benefits, campaigns, and discounts in alignment with company policies;
• Maintain, update, and organize commercial data in internal systems and Excel spreadsheets, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities;
• Persuasive, resilient, and goal-oriented demeanor;
• Well-organized with a keen attention to detail;
• Fundamental knowledge of Excel;
• Experience in call center sales;
• Reside in Porto Alegre and/or the Metropolitan Region;
• Previous experience selling newspapers is a plus.
