Call Center Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Engage and follow up with warm inbound leads (including form submissions, event attendees, and site visitors)

• Handle a high volume of daily calls (100–200 calls per day)

• Quickly establish rapport and guide prospects through the sales journey

• Close memberships and recurring subscription sales

• Maintain consistent follow-up through phone calls and messages

• Consistently achieve conversion and activity targets

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in high-volume phone sales or B2C closing

• Excellent English communication abilities and a confident phone demeanor

• Experience in managing high call volume situations

• Capability to steer conversations and achieve desired outcomes

• Comfortable in performance-driven positions

• Nice to Have

• Background in wellness, beauty, fitness, lifestyle, or consumer services

• Experience in a call center or inside sales environment

• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Monday, HubSpot, etc.)
