This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Convert incoming calls and online inquiries into confirmed self-storage rentals.
• Assist customers in exploring unit options and pricing, aligning their needs with suitable solutions.
• Promote additional services when appropriate to enhance revenue and occupancy rates.
• Manage move-out calls with compassion, aiming to retain customers through customized responses.
• Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM in a timely manner.
• Achieve key performance indicators: conversions, follow-ups, and call volumes.
• Engage in team meetings and training sessions to maintain skills.
• Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service consistently.
• Over 1 year of experience in sales or a call center (bonus if you have experience in both).
• A confident and persuasive communicator with excellent listening abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit and a desire to surpass quotas.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, call software, and standard technology (Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Quick-thinking, adaptable, coachable, and ready to tackle problems as they arise.
• Must be tech-savvy and capable of efficiently navigating multiple platforms throughout the day, including during live calls.
• Availability to work within US time zones is required.
• An internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is necessary.
