This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Convert incoming calls and online inquiries into confirmed self-storage rentals.
• Assist customers in selecting unit options and pricing, aligning their needs with suitable solutions.
• Upsell when appropriate to enhance revenue and occupancy rates.
• Address move-out calls with empathy, aiming to retain customers through personalized rebuttals.
• Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM in a timely manner.
• Achieve key performance metrics: conversions, follow-ups, and call volumes.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain sharp skills.
• Deliver exceptional, on-brand customer service consistently.
• Over 1 year of experience in sales or a call center environment.
• Confident and persuasive communicator with excellent listening abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit and a determination to surpass quotas.
• Proficient with CRM systems, call software, and general technology (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Quick thinker—adaptable, coachable, and ready to solve problems.
• Must be tech-savvy and capable of swiftly navigating multiple platforms throughout the day, even while managing live calls.
• Availability to work within US time zones is required.
• A minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is necessary.
