Call Center Research Interviewer – Outbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Make phone calls to prospective survey participants from a designated client list.

• Utilize a script to ensure uniformity in survey calls.

• Adhere to standards for both survey completion and call volume.

• Engage with survey participants in a respectful and authentic manner at all times.

• Keep accurate documentation for survey tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience and background in sales or outbound campaigns are essential.

• Must be results-oriented.

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales is necessary.

• Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), particularly Quality Assurance (Q.A.), is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Must exhibit high attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and adapt swiftly to changes.
