Call Center Representative – Outbound Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Interact with potential clients to schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Articulate the benefits of the company’s products and services while educating prospective clients.

• Manage a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls to achieve call-to-appointment conversion targets.

• Adhere to the established appointment-setting sales process and ensure accurate client information is confirmed.

• Diligently record all activities and information within the CRM system.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for prospective and potential customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in home improvement within a call center environment is mandatory.

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of call center experience is essential.

• Previous involvement in a multi-product sales environment is preferred.

• A background in home improvement inside sales is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Lead Perfection CRM is advantageous.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Strong phone and communication skills are necessary.

• A positive attitude and energetic demeanor are essential.

• Must be task-oriented and motivated to meet and exceed targets.

• Availability on weekends is required.

• Must be able to work during Eastern Standard Time hours.
