Call Center Representative, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Support our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental practices.

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone communications.

• Reach out to patients to verify appointments, provide pre-visit guidelines, and manage any modifications or cancellations.

• Confirm insurance eligibility.

• Enroll new patients.

• Gather and update patient data in the dental office's database, ensuring precision and confidentiality.

• Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor in all patient interactions, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is mandatory.

• Previous experience in orthodontics, either in the front office or back office, is also essential.
