• Excellent command of both Greek and German languages (C1 level).

• Experience in evaluating candidates and talents, ideally supported by a relevant education or degree in psychology.

• Strong ability to identify suitable candidates for the call center industry through targeted questioning.

• In-depth knowledge of the Greek labor market.

• Initiative, creativity, and strong communication skills as the foundation for your success.

• Enjoyment in interacting with diverse individuals and teamwork in a highly motivated environment.
