Call Center Operator – Intermediate or Advanced English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses in English;

• Assess opportunities and arrange meetings for the sales team;

• Execute follow-ups in accordance with established procedures;

• Record all interactions in the CRM and ensure information remains current;

• Achieve targets for contacts, qualifications, and scheduling;

• Generate daily operational records and reports;

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of commercial processes.

• Proficient or fluent in English (both spoken and written);

• Excellent communication abilities, clear articulation, and proficiency in relationship building;

• Preferable prior experience in call centers, customer service, or sales;

• Background in marketing or commercial operations is advantageous;

• Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools;

• Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of adhering to processes;

• Resilient, goal-oriented individual who is at ease with a calling routine.
