This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Gather payments for assigned overdue accounts
• Examine account documentation
• Reach out to customers/clients via phone and/or written communication
• Set up repayment plans
• Reduce losses for the organization
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service roles
• Solid understanding of loan collection policies and practices
• Familiarity with fair debt collection regulations and associated laws
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Capacity to identify and address exceptions
• Ability to organize and analyze information
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Capability to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety regulations
