This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Provide customer support through various communication channels.
• Guide clients on medical procedures.
• Manage inquiries and resolve user issues.
• Completed secondary education.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service via call center in any sector (recent experience from 2024 - 2026).
• Must have tools for remote management: PC or Laptop (Minimum 8GB RAM - Windows 10 or 11 Pro) / Internet (Fixed 50 Mbps speed) / Internet providers: Claro, Movistar, or Entel (only accepted) / Headphones with microphone or headset.
• Residing in Lima or Callao (mandatory).
• Entry into payroll with all legal benefits.
