Call Center Agent – Technischer Support Patientenservice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist our existing patients either via telephone or in writing with technical inquiries.

• You will handle technical product support tickets and provide appropriate solutions.

• You will ensure a positive customer experience over the phone, thereby enhancing the bond and trust our patients have in our service.

• You will create orders, follow up on requests, and maintain complaints as well as master data.

• You will participate in projects and contribute your ideas and insights!

⛳️ Requirements

• You come from a background in technical customer support, technical product support, customer service, inside sales, or the medical field.

• Career changers are also warmly welcomed!

• You possess good knowledge of standard office tools from Google Workspace (or MS Office).

• Advantageous: Knowledge in SAP. If you don’t have this knowledge, we will provide training.

• You demonstrate a high level of service orientation, remain calm in stressful situations, and enjoy working in an organized manner.

• You are comfortable working in a shift system: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM / 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM / 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM.
