Call Center Agent, Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Proactively reach out to prospective customers in the television and multimedia industry.

• Provide guidance to customers regarding devices, accessories, and service plans.

• Effectively promote new products to our existing customer base.

• Offer advice on and facilitate contract renewals as well as new agreements.

• Conduct follow-ups on previous customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbit/s and a dedicated workspace.

• Proficient German language skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in the use of computer applications.

• Openness to working shifts.

• Strong sales skills and a customer-focused service approach.

• Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
